I offer individual and relationship counseling for adults 18 and up in Colorado and North Carolina, including a free introduction phone call to assess our therapeutic fit.
Individual Counseling
$100 per session (or sliding scale)
My counseling approach varies by the individual but is grounded in psychodynamic counseling, meaning that I’m interested in your life experiences and how they shape your current reality.
Relationship Counseling
$125 per session (or sliding scale)
Relationships are hard, and it’s an investment in that relationship to seek counseling. I am experienced in working with couples and non-monogamous relationship structures.
