I offer individual counseling for adults 18 and up in person in Longmont, CO and virtually in Colorado and North Carolina. This includes a free introduction call to assess our therapeutic fit. I accept all major insurance plans, private pay, and offer limited sliding scale availability. Insurance is processed through my billing partner, Higher Sights Counseling.
